GC's Lead To G&T's

In July 2022, an amazing leg of the GC32 World Championship Tour landed, or at least moored, in Lagos for several days competition. It was great fun to watch.
The racing takes place on American Cup style courses and the catamarans, each worth upwards of 1/3 million pounds, race over a series of days at each venue.

​The 2023 schedule is yet to be announced. But why wait on the quayside for some great views? Instead, head to the new Mare bar & restaurant  on the Rooftop of the Mercado Municipal (The local produce market) on the quayside in Lagos. It provides the best view of Lagos Marina entrance and a chance to see the endless number of beautiful boats that pass-by, including Jared's boat which previously took us on a few trips along the coastline.
